For school leaders in the Philippines

Integrations that fit the programs you already run

100X Expedition 2027 connects to structures your school already has, including OJT and internships, capstones, electives, co-curricular programs and recent alumni cohorts, so you can begin with one focused pilot and expand without lowering the evidence standard.

Integration pathways

Five ways inPick the doorway that fits your timetable. The standard stays the same.

100X Expedition 2027 is designed to sit inside structures your school already runs. It does not add another course or a participation programme. Students take on a live Build, execute weekly and leave with evidence of real value creation, whichever route brings them in.

  1. OJT and internships

Turn required hours into a record of consequence.

Students spend their on-the-job training inside a Build. They work with real users or customers, report weekly and make decisions that have visible outcomes. Coordinators see how a student thought, adapted and delivered, rather than relying on a timesheet and a closing evaluation alone.

    Fits best when
A programme already schedules OJT and wants stronger proof than logged attendance.
    The school keeps
Its OJT supervision, requirements and grading. The Build supplies the weekly evidence.
  2. Capstones

A capstone with a real counterpart on the other side.

Capstone teams take on a problem that involves real users, markets or communities. Their final defence then draws on a documented trail of what they tried, what changed and what it achieved. Panels assess the substance of the work instead of the polish of the presentation.

    Fits best when
Departments want capstones that stand up outside the classroom and speak to employers.
    The school keeps
Its advisers, milestones and defence format. The output becomes portable proof.
  3. Electives

An elective built around doing, not covering.

The Expedition can run as a term-long elective in which weekly execution sets the pace in place of lecture-heavy delivery. Faculty guide and assess. Students carry a Build forward week by week, and the shared 100X operating system keeps every cohort on the same rhythm.

    Fits best when
You want an open elective that students from several programmes can take together.
    The school keeps
Course credit, faculty ownership and its own assessment rubric.
  4. Co-curricular programs

For the students who would build anyway.

Student organisations, innovation hubs and enterprise clubs can run an opt-in cohort without changing the curriculum. Members join the same Expedition ecosystem as entrepreneurs and professionals, so their extracurricular effort turns into a credible record of capability.

    Fits best when
You want to test the model quickly with motivated students before any curricular change.
    The school keeps
Full flexibility over who joins, when cohorts start and how the work is recognised.
  5. Open to recent alumni

Keep the door open after graduation day.

Recent graduates who are still proving themselves to employers can join through their school. They take on a Build, execute weekly and build their record while job-seeking, and the school stays connected to what its graduates go on to do.

    Fits best when
Career and alumni offices want a practical bridge between the diploma and the first role.
    The school keeps
A live relationship with its graduates and a clearer view of their readiness.

Most schools begin with one pathway in a focused pilot, then add others while holding the same evidence standard.

Pilot to scale

Start focused. Grow without lowering the bar.

Every school begins with one focused pilot. What it produces is judged on evidence. The same standard applies whether you run a single cohort or open the Expedition to thousands of students and recent alumni.

Questions from school leaders

These are the questions deans, programme heads and principals ask before bringing 100X Expedition 2027 into a Philippine school: where it fits, who can join, and how to begin without overcommitting.

Ready to scope a first cohort?

Tell us which programme you have in mind. We will shape a focused pilot around it.

Prefer email? iggy@ignitehouse.vc

Is this another course we have to add to the curriculum?

No. 100X Expedition 2027 is deliberately not another course or participation program. It is a proving ground. Students work on problems involving real users, customers, markets or communities, and what counts is evidence of real value created, not attendance, completion or hours logged.

Your existing courses keep doing what they do well. 100X adds the layer where students show they can apply that learning.

Which of our programmes can it sit inside?

Schools integrate it through four pathways: OJT and internships, capstones, electives, or co-curricular programs. Most schools start with the pathway that already has a clear owner and an academic calendar, so nothing needs to be built from scratch.

Compare the four pathways above.

Can recent alumni take part, or only enrolled students?

Schools can open the Expedition to recent alumni as well. This suits graduates who are still building a track record for employers. They join the same ecosystem and are held to the same evidence standard as current students.

Do we have to commit school-wide from day one?

No. Every school starts with a focused pilot: one programme and one cohort. You see the work and the evidence it produces before deciding to expand. When you do expand, the standard stays the same, so the first cohort and later cohorts are measured the same way.

Read how a pilot grows into a programme.

Will the standard hold if we grow to many cohorts?

Yes. That is the design intent. The Expedition scales from a single cohort to thousands of students without diluting the evidence standard. Every student uses the same shared operating system and builds the same kind of record, so a transcript from a large intake carries the same weight as one from a pilot group.

Is 100X Expedition 2027 available to schools across the Philippines?

Yes. The schools programme is built for Philippines-based institutions, including universities, colleges and senior high schools with OJT, capstone, elective or co-curricular programmes. If your school is in the Philippines and has a programme that fits one of the pathways, you can request a pilot.

What do students actually leave with?

Students leave with a record of the decisions they made, how they adapted and what they achieved. That record becomes the 100X CV + Transcript, which connects student work more directly to what employers are looking for. Weekly execution and Yodaman.AI support are covered in detail on How It Works.

What should we prepare before we get in touch?

A rough idea is enough to start: the programme you are considering, the year level or alumni group, and when you would like a cohort to begin. The Contact page lists what to include so the first conversation is productive.
